Snowy Morning

As we were getting ready to leave for school at 6:30am, I had to run back in the house for my camera---it was a beautiful snowy, frosty morning!

Life is just TOO busy!!!

Can't believe it's already the second week of Feb....
I've been busy working on a project, a secret project, that I'll be sure to post when I can.

This week at work will be unusually busy--Parent/Teacher Conferences from 4:30-7:30pm (LONG days!). Looking forward to the holiday on Monday. I plan to take LOTS of pictures, I've not been able to do my "homework" for my photography class---I MUST do it this weekend! I've read the lessons, it's just finding time to play.

Lesson #1- Focus

Here are a couple of pictures I took yesterday--on Program mode, changing my focus points. I finding with working and taking care of my family, that I don't have enough time to practice. Can't wait for the weekend----tomorrow Lesson #2 posts. This weekend, I plan to take LOTS of shots with what I'm learning.

One Resolution Completed

One of my New Year's Resolutions was to get my application into the Dept. of Defense Dependents Schools by the end of January.

I finished it tonight. I am hoping to get a teaching job in Vicenza or Verona, Italy.
