Mark planted tomatoes, lettuce, zucchini & beans. We've enjoyed TONS of lettuce and zucchini....we're waiting for the tomatoes to ripen.



We picked about 1/3 of the plums (which was A LOT!)---the rest will need to ripen a bit more. Heidi sent me a plum recipe that I can't wait to try and I froze some...for when my parents are here--we want my mom to make us plum dumplings :)

The drive back to Italy from Germany was beautiful through the mountains. Here are some pictures of the castles I took from the car window:

{Legoland- Germany}

While Mark was working, the kids and I went to Legoland. It was about 1 1/2hrs. from Stuttgart. What a FUN day!

They had all the major European cities (here are just a few) created out of Legos--AMAZING!!!

Since Mark & Mark enjoy playing chess, we bought a Lego chess set....
